">Job Summary

The Activities Supervisor plays a vital role in coordinating the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of our diversified wellness program. This program is designed to meet the unique needs and interests of each resident, promoting physical, spiritual, social, intellectual, creative, leisure, community, and one-to-one activities.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Complete assessments, development, implementation, documentation, and evaluation of the Wellness program provided and of the unique needs and interest of each resident served.
  • Document all resident interactions and activities in accordance with federal, state, and facility guidelines.
  • Coordinate and implement a diversified wellness program based on resident needs, including physical, spiritual, social, intellectual, creativity, leisure, community, and one-to-one activities.
  • Organize and schedule community events related to resident needs and interests.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels on a daily basis.
">Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A 90-hour Basic Activity Course, OT, or OTA preferred or Certified Activity Specialist.
  • At least two years of experience in social or recreational programs in long-term care.
