Nurse Practitioner

VitalCore Health Strategies is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Racine County Jail in Racine, Wisconsin. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

• Deliver quality care consistent with the scope of practice as outlined by the local state nurse practice act for Registered Nurses.
• Work in accordance with local practice acts and regulations, delegating and ensuring supervision of nursing activities and functions to other competent nursing personnel.
• Assume responsibility and accountability for the quality of care delivered, ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Act as a patient advocate to promote the quality of healthcare delivered in the facility.
• Lead by example to promote best practices within the profession of nursing.

• Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or have graduated from an approved RN program.
• Current license in this state.
