Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with their individualized plans of care.
  • Assess patients' functional levels and develop treatment plans to address their needs.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
  • Treat patients using a variety of therapeutic activities and modalities to promote functional independence and self-care.
  • Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
  • Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) or eligible for registration with the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Washington.
  • Healthcare Provider level CPR certification.
  • Minimum one year of experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in an acute care setting.
