We are currently looking for a highly skilled Powder Coating Specialist to join our team at O. A. Newton.
Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating all coating equipment, preparing parts for coating, and ensuring that all components are produced/coated efficiently and consistently meet company-established goals for quality and customer order on-time performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in powder coating and sandblasting techniques, with a minimum of three years of experience in a related field.
Responsibilities also include observing machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects, determining paint flow, viscosity, and coating quality, and ensuring safety guidelines are being met.
