Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time Physical Therapy Technician to join our team at Two Trees Physical Therapy & Wellness in Camarillo. As a Physical Therapy Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our physical therapists in delivering high-quality treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms for patients by following established protocols and procedures.
• Assist patients with physical therapy treatment, including applying ice or heat packs, helping patients onto exercise equipment, and monitoring motion.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Provide equipment and supplies to treatment areas, ensuring they are properly sterilized and delivered to the therapist.
• Assist with patient education, demonstrating proper use of equipment and exercise routines.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and protect operations by keeping information confidential.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service and physical therapy settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require prolonged standing, bending, and lifting.
