Roofing Supervisor

CentiMark Corporation, a leading provider of commercial and industrial roofing services, is seeking an experienced Roofing Supervisor to join our team in the Rochester, NY area.

• Supervise and Train Crew Members: Lead a team of 5-6 roofing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal safety, service, and quality measures.
• Ensure Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with field supervisors to optimize crew performance, communicate effectively with customers and management, and maintain accurate records.
• Develop and Implement Safety Protocols: Establish and enforce safety procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
• Manage Administrative Tasks: Oversee paperwork, timesheets, and other administrative duties to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Experience and Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in general roofing, with a working knowledge of commercial and industrial roofing procedures and safety protocols.
• Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills to effectively manage a team and interact with customers and management.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders to a minimum height of 25 feet, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with a valid state driver's license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
