Production Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hardworking and energetic Production Worker to join our team at Wausau Tile. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for performing various tasks on the production floor, including grouting, packaging, grinding, polishing, inspection, staging, mixing/pouring, blasting, cleaning concrete equipment, operating an overhead crane, and performing machine preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Read and understand production paperwork, including schedules, spec sheets, and other production documents
• Use measuring equipment and hand tools as needed
• Be mechanically inclined and able to operate equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Work well with others and individually, with little or no supervision
• Perform tasks such as grouting, packaging, grinding, polishing, inspection, staging, mixing/pouring, blasting, cleaning concrete equipment, operating an overhead crane, and performing machine preventative maintenance

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to read and understand production paperwork
• Ability to use measuring equipment and hand tools
• Ability to work well with others and individually, with little or no supervision
• Ability to perform tasks such as grouting, packaging, grinding, polishing, inspection, staging, mixing/pouring, blasting, cleaning concrete equipment, operating an overhead crane, and performing machine preventative maintenance
