As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents by collecting trash and recyclables from their doorsteps and transporting them to the onsite compactor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport trash bags collected from residents' doorsteps to the onsite trash compactor using a reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer.
  • Take required photos using our company's mobile app during service to ensure accurate tracking and compliance.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to provide excellent customer service to our residents.
  • Adapt to changing weather conditions and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Walk the distance of the property and be exposed to disagreeable odors.
  • Climb up and down staircases/steps multiple times throughout the evening.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
  • A reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer.
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance in your name (or listed as a driver on policy) for your vehicle.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to adapt to changing weather conditions and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to walk the distance of the property and be exposed to disagreeable odors.
  • Ability to climb up and down staircases/steps multiple times throughout the evening.

What We Offer:

  • Hourly pay: Up to $23.00.
  • Associates with a pickup truck or vehicle using a trailer will receive the higher end of our pay range to compensate for the use of their vehicle.
