Job Title: Substitute Paraprofessional/Aide

Job Summary:

As a Substitute Paraprofessional/Aide with ESS Education, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special needs in a dynamic and inclusive educational environment. You will work closely with classroom teachers to provide individualized support, promote academic growth, and foster a positive learning experience for all students.

Responsibilities:

* Provide instructional reinforcement for individual students or small groups, tailoring support to meet their unique needs and abilities
* Assist teachers with classroom management, ensuring a safe and organized learning environment
* Support administrative tasks, such as setting up equipment and preparing materials, to ensure a smooth and efficient learning experience
* Supervise students in various settings, including the cafeteria, schoolyard, and during before and after school programs
* Attend to students' physical, personal, academic, and emotional needs, providing a nurturing and supportive environment
* Collaborate with teachers and school administration to develop and implement individualized support plans for students with special needs
* Perform other duties as directed by the classroom teacher and school administration

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Criminal History Clearance
