Job Title: PRN Pharmacist

Damar Services is seeking a talented and motivated PRN Pharmacist to join our team. As a PRN Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing pharmacy services to our clients, including interpreting prescription orders, packaging, labeling, dispensing, administering, and distributing drugs and devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret prescription orders and ensure accurate dispensing of medications
  • Package, label, and dispense medications in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Administer and distribute medications as needed
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure medication management and adherence
  • Monitor and report any adverse reactions or medication errors
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including DEA, AAAHC, and 340B
  • Supervise and train pharmacy staff as needed
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy
  • Current and valid Indiana Pharmacist license
  • Certification in immunizations
  • Minimum of two years experience in pharmacy, with supervisory experience preferred
  • Valid Indiana driver's license and driving record that meets eligibility requirements of Damar's insurance carrier
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and physical
