Job Summary:The successful candidate will provide direct care to students, including administering medications, giving intramuscular injections, and performing respiratory assessments. They will also monitor and assess student health on a regular basis, maintain accurate health records, and conduct regular health screenings such as vision and hearing tests.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct care to students, including administering medications and performing respiratory assessments.

- Maintain accurate health records.
- Conduct regular health screenings such as vision and hearing tests.
- Attend 504 Plan meetings and Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to support students with special healthcare needs.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, administrators, and healthcare providers to promote student health and create a safe school environment.
- Grade 117 - Licensed Practical Nursing or equivalent education/training required.
- Grade 122 - Registered Nurse or equivalent education/training or is required.
- Minimum one (1) year registered nurse, practical nursing or closely related experience is required. Experience in pediatric nursing is preferred.
