NASCAR is seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Promo Team Event Staff. As a representative of our organization, you will be responsible for promoting our brand and events at local and regional events.
Key Responsibilities- Represent NASCAR and Daytona International Speedway at community events and racing activities.
- Interact with the public, educating them on our history, information, and ticket opportunities.
- Organize and manage promotional materials, giveaways, signage, equipment, and display vehicles.
- Assist in setting up and tearing down displays at community events, including management of the Show Car and/or Promo Car.
- Proactively engage with fans to generate leads for marketing campaigns and grow our brand.
- Develop expertise on our products and services.
- Assist with various Event Experience activations during the racing season.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Level of enthusiasm and professionalism displayed during customer interactions.
- Compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
- Reliability and dependability.
- Currently residing in Volusia County or surrounding areas.
- Clean driving record, as you will be driving the Promo Car to events.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Post-high school education or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional work ethic, eagerness to learn, and passion for the sports/motorsports industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- Availability for onsite events and grassroots initiatives.
- May require some out-of-town travel with necessary travel expenses covered by the Company.
