4. Promptly report any changes in a resident's condition to the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse.
5. Document and report any accidents or incidents observed during the shift.
Personnel Responsibilities:
1. Execute all assigned duties in compliance with established policies and procedures, as well as instructions from supervisory personnel.
2. Adhere to work assignments and schedules to effectively complete designated tasks.
Collaboration:
1. Work cooperatively with inter-departmental and facility personnel to ensure that nursing services meet the needs of residents.
Environment Maintenance:
1. Foster an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positivity, while maintaining a calm environment throughout the unit and during the shift.
Team Meetings:
1. Participate in regular meetings with nursing staff to identify and address problem areas, as well as enhance service quality.
Reporting:
1. Document and communicate any complaints or grievances expressed by residents.
2. Notify the facility in case of lateness or absence from work.
3. Report any occupational exposures to blood, body fluids, infectious materials, or hazardous substances to a supervisor.
Qualifications:
Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license in accordance with state regulations.
