Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at MelroseWakefield Hospital. As a Critical Care RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, gaining experience and expanding your critical care knowledge and skill set.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in a critical care setting
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide exceptional patient outcomes
  • Float between ICU, Medical 3 Telemetry/Stepdown, Emergency Department, Urgent Care, and PACU units
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of critical care experience
  • Current RN licensure in the state of MA in good standing
  • Associates Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
  • ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
  • Tele experience required
