Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, interfaces, and subsystem behavior.
  • Develop and maintain subsystem requirements, ensuring alignment with overall system architecture.
  • Collaborate with technical subject matter experts to fully understand subsystems and identify potential issues.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge.
  • Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Agile product development methodologies to drive digital transformation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8+ years of engineering experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.
  • Experience in requirements definition, decomposition, specification writing, and maintenance with cross-disciplined engineering teams.
  • Experience with internal and external interface design of digital, electrical, and/or mechanical subsystems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with implementing architecture and designs using Model-Based Systems Engineering tools.
  • Experience in missile systems design, integration, test, or flight demonstration.
  • Experience with DOORS, SysML, DoDAF, WOSA, MOSA, or GRA.
  • Experience using Cameo Systems Modeler and Agile framework development methods and processes.
  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret or above-level security clearance.
