Hospice Nurse

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate nurses to provide high-quality care to our patients and their families. As a hospice registered nurse, you will have the opportunity to evaluate patients, develop personalized care plans, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients and develop comprehensive care plans
- Provide compassionate and skilled care to patients and their families
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state RN license
- 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
- Reliable transportation and ability to lift at least 25 lbs
