Estimator Role

As an Estimator at FutureRecruit, you will be responsible for analyzing project specifications, drawings, and other documents to identify project requirements. You will prepare accurate and competitive estimates for steel erection projects, including take-offs, crew size selection, equipment selection, and more. Proficiency in Excel and Bluebeam is required for precise quantity takeoffs and pricing. Staying updated on industry trends and pricing is essential to ensure competitiveness. You will also contribute to the improvement of estimating structure to modernize estimating production and output.

Requirements
10+ years of experience as an Estimator in the steel erection field. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Bluebeam. Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, with an understanding of scope of work to bid. Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
