POSITION SUMMARY:
This role involves delivering direct patient care to a designated group of individuals under the guidance of a Registered Nurse and in collaboration with other nursing personnel. The position necessitates providing services to various age groups, from adolescents to geriatrics, ensuring an understanding of the functional and developmental age of each patient. Active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital is expected, alongside demonstrating behaviors that align with the Core Values while supporting the strategic objectives and direction of the Performance Improvement Process (PIP) at Blessing Hospital.
