Clinical Liaison Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Liaison to promote our hospice services to patients, families, and caregivers. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and excellent communication skills to ensure seamless transitions of care.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve sales goals
* Build relationships with referral sources to generate repeat referrals
* Participate in marketing education to stay up-to-date on resources and industry developments
* Provide facility tours and conduct presentations for potential referral sources and patient families
* Collaborate with facility personnel on referrals, evaluations, and marketing activities
* Review physicians' orders and patients' clinical needs, and gather clinical information
* Conduct assessments to establish suitability of prospective admissions

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in nursing
* One year of RN experience in local market with knowledge of governmental home health regulations, Medicare requirements, and care plan development techniques
* Strong Clinical RN background, preferably in a fast-paced ICU or ER environment
* Previous medical sales experience preferred
* Active clinical license
* Valid driver's license with up-to-date insurance
