We are seeking a highly skilled Restoration Technician Lead to join our team at SERVPRO of Cheshire County. In this role, you will be responsible for leading restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

The estimated salary for this position is between $22-$24 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay and merit-based increases.

You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. You will also be responsible for scheduling projects, managing subcontractors, and ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have superb customer service skills, as well as basic written and oral communication skills. Experience in restoration and/or construction is preferred, but not required.

The physical demands of this job include walking and standing throughout the day, frequent driving and sitting, and performing construction services such as drywall, trim, paint, and punchout. The employee must be able to climb ladders and work in extreme conditions such as heat and loud job sites.

This is a full-time position, working 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. This position may require long hours, working on-call, and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local, but some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
