Job Description

As a Kafka Architect at SysMind Tech, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable and highly available Kafka clusters. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our event streaming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Kafka clusters for high-performance and scalability
  • Lead the development of Kafka-based data pipelines and data replication strategies
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions for Confluent connectivity
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff on Kafka architecture and implementation
  • Develop and maintain common services, repositories, and utility components for the enterprise

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Kafka architecture and implementation
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms and containerization
