Pasteurization Specialist

At Mill Road Dairy, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pasteurizer to join our team. As a Pasteurizer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our dairy products.

• Operate and maintain pasteurization equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
• Monitor and control the pasteurization process to ensure that all pathogens are eliminated and products meet quality standards.
• Conduct regular sanitation and cleaning procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production and quality control.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in a food manufacturing or dairy production environment preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
