Family Law Attorney Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team at Jobot. As a Family Law Attorney, you will handle a variety of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and domestic violence cases.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle all aspects of family law cases from initial client consultation to final case resolution.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, orders, and agreements.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.
  • Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with clients, court personnel, and other attorneys.
  • Stay updated on recent developments in family law and participate in ongoing legal education opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and firm efficiency.
  • Participate in business development activities to expand the firm's client base and enhance its reputation in the legal community.
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in family law practice.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  • Proven experience in litigation, mediation, negotiation, and trial practice.
  • Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, court personnel, and other attorneys.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality legal representation and exceptional client service.
  • Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
