Job Summary and Qualifications

As a skilled Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centered care in line with the department's standards and requirements. Collaborating with medical providers, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care following established nursing models.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' conditions during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
  • Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers, ensuring thorough and timely documentation of care administration.
  • Administer prescribed medications, monitor patients for therapeutic response, and take appropriate action in case of an unintended response.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, possible side effects, and follow-up measures.
Requirements
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Nurse or equivalent qualifications.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support or CPR for Healthcare Providers must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
