Responsibilities:

* Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
* Conduct physical therapy treatments, including exercises, modalities, and manual techniques
* Educate patients and families on proper care and exercise
* Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare teams
* Participate in interdisciplinary care and education

Requirements:

* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
* Current Connecticut license in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy
* Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist required
* Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
* Personal computer skills and proficiency in Windows-based programs
* Reliable transportation and ability to travel between work sites
