About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Plasma Donor Screener and Phlebotomy Specialist. As a key member of our plasma center operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors while collecting high-quality plasma for life-changing medicines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen new and repeat donors, taking and recording vital signs and finger stick results
  • Use our Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate donor compensation and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
  • Ability to lift up to 32 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
