**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Motor Coach Industries. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Greet customers upon arrival and ensure they are comfortable and informed throughout the service process
* Prepare repair orders and communicate with customers regarding estimates, changes, and up-selling opportunities
* Administer warranty claims and advise customers on their status
* Formalize estimates from the shop for presentation to customers
**Requirements**
* 5 years of experience in service operations and customer service, preferably in an automobile dealership in a service writer role
* Strong organizational and PC skills
* Basic knowledge of motor coach repair
* High School diploma required
