Position Details

We are in search of a motivated and seasoned Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join our vibrant Finance team. As a permanent member, you will play a crucial role in delivering financial planning and analytical support to our organization. Collaborating closely with the Finance Director, you will ensure the achievement of our financial objectives and facilitate informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and sustain financial models to aid in forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning
  • Examine financial data to uncover trends, discrepancies, and areas for enhancement
  • Prepare and deliver financial reports to senior leadership, including variance analysis and performance indicators
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes
  • Engage in the annual budgeting cycle and offer ongoing assistance to budget stakeholders
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Continuously refine financial processes and systems to boost efficiency and accuracy
  • Assist with ad-hoc financial analyses and projects as required

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • Over 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, financial modeling, and reporting
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in forecasting, variance analysis, and performance management is advantageous
