Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician II to join our team at Dayton Children's Hospital. As a Pharmacy Technician II, you will play a critical role in assisting our pharmacists with the preparation of medications for dispensing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist pharmacists with medication preparation and verification
  • Prepare and label medications accurately
  • Understand and adhere to state and federal drug laws
  • Work cooperatively with other technicians and pharmacists to ensure efficient medication preparation
  • Participate in training and quality improvement projects
Requirements
  • HSD/GED required
  • CPhT - Certified Pharmacy Technician - State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy required
