About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our imaging services team in Columbus, IN. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our department.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $62,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of practical experience as a Radiologic Technologist or equivalent.

Responsibilities
  • Support imaging services department performing an average of 80,000 exams per year, including CT Scan, MRI, PET Scan, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and digital X-Ray.
  • Assist Inpatient, Outpatient, and Emergency Departments with healthcare services applying x-ray energy and computer processing techniques for diagnosis or treatment.
  • Perform computed tomography and related procedures to demonstrate sectional anatomic images for interpretation by a physician.
  • Exercise professional judgment and maintain a demeanor complementary to medical ethics.
  • Provide appropriate patient care and recognize conditions essential for the successful completion of procedures.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent, completion of a military radiology program, or completion of a hospital-based radiology program approved by ARRT.
  • Valid X-Ray Machine Operator's License required within 6 months post-graduation (for graduates working under a valid Student Rad Tech license).
  • Current Registration from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required within 90 days post-graduation.
  • Registered Computer Tomography (CT) with ARRT required within 12 months of hire.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
