About the Role

The Patient Care Specialist will provide exceptional patient care assistance under the direction of licensed personnel. This role involves performing direct patient care duties, assisting with procedures, and ensuring patient safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform patient care duties as assigned by licensed nursing personnel.
  • Assist in the performance of procedures for the patient population served.
  • Ensure patient safety and well-being.
  • Participate in ongoing educational activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • CPR certification and CNA licensure required.
  • Computer literacy is essential for this role.

Baptist Memorial Health Care offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
