Electra Grid is seeking a skilled Vegetation Groundsman to join our team. As a key member of our grounds maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient removal of vegetation along rights of way for infrastructure projects.

• Operate Heavy Machinery: Safely operate bulldozers, excavators, and brush cutters to clear trees, brush, and other obstacles in designated areas.
• Maintain a Safe Work Environment: Maintain a neat and clean job site to avoid potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Perform Physical Labor: Perform a variety of tasks involving physical manual labor, including loading and unloading trucks, hauling materials, and cleaning up rubble and debris.
• Apply Herbicides: Apply herbicides according to label instructions, state, and industry standards to control vegetation growth.
• Assist Crew Members: Assist crew members and other departments as needed to ensure the successful completion of projects.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• License: Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, climb, stoop, stand, and lift for long periods of time.
