Radiology Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Maine Medical Center. As a key member of our Diagnostic Imaging Department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of imaging exams, including fluoroscopy, mobile, and diagnostic imaging.
Key Responsibilities- Perform imaging studies independently, utilizing knowledge of radiologic technology and patient care principles.
- Determine the best method of providing required images based on the patient's physical state and pathology, in accordance with established protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients and peers, utilizing strong interpersonal skills.
- Provide call hour coverage to support continuity of care.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- ARRT certification and valid Maine License in Radiologic Technology.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with competency shown in a variety of imaging exams.
- Ability to perform and/or adapt to changes associated with different work environments and equipment.
