Job Overview

Everstaff is in search of a skilled Trial Litigation Paralegal to support a legal practice.

This position is primarily remote, with occasional requirements to attend court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing billing and timekeeping processes
  • Drafting and preparing legal documentation
  • Overseeing discovery processes, including electronic discovery, and managing records requests
  • Redacting sensitive information from documents
  • Evaluating expert witnesses
  • Conducting thorough background investigations
  • Assisting in mediation and trial preparation activities
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in defense litigation
  • Extensive knowledge of trial preparation procedures
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Ability to uphold confidentiality standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experienced with Adobe Acrobat and trial presentation tools such as Trial Director
  • Familiarity with CaseMap, TextMap, and TimeMap is a plus, along with experience using legal research platforms like WestLaw, LexisNexis, and Accurint.
Compensation:

Salary range: $75,000-$90,000
