The selected candidate will leverage expertise in vehicle acquisition initiatives to deliver administrative support, oversee project management tasks, and provide technical development assistance.

The individual will offer strategic recommendations and technical insights in accordance with relevant regulations and guidelines, including the DoD 5000 series and Federal Acquisition Regulations. Adherence to quality benchmarks and thorough reviews of project outputs will be paramount.

The candidate will be accountable for the comprehensive development and execution of designated projects, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. This role entails guiding projects from initial concept through to successful implementation, while engaging with both the organization and its stakeholders across all impacted areas.

The candidate will establish project scope and objectives aligned with organizational needs, crafting detailed work plans, timelines, project estimates, resource allocations, and progress reports. Conducting project meetings and maintaining oversight of project tracking and analysis will be essential. The individual will manage task assignments to ensure priority actions are coordinated, staffed, and executed effectively, ensuring timely and accurate completion of work.

The candidate will analyze data and information, evaluating the progress of programs, projects, and processes. Providing technical and analytical support to the project team and recommending solutions to organizational leadership will be key responsibilities. The individual will organize, manage, and present information, including delivering oral recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

Due to the sensitive nature of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.

Ability to obtain security clearance is essential.

A Master's Degree in a relevant field* along with a minimum of 4 years of applicable experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field* with 5 years of experience, or an Associate's Degree with 7 years of experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 13 years of experience, including at least 9 years in a specialized area.

Specialized Degree Fields: Project Management, Business Management/Administration, or related disciplines. Relevant experience must be in Project Management, Business Management/Administration, or related fields.

A minimum of 10 years of experience within the last fifteen years managing complex DoD engineering or technical programs, as well as coordinating military acquisition initiatives (preferably with ground combat vehicle systems experience).

Acceptable experience must demonstrate a significant role in all required areas, including planning, organizing, executing, supervising, tracking, and reporting.

Experience should encompass: interfacing and coordinating with higher-level staff; providing program information, analysis, and recommendations to leadership for decision-making; developing a rhythm of activities; managing calendars; coordinating and facilitating regular staff meetings; preparing, reviewing, and electronically storing program-related documents; and creating necessary presentation materials for various events.

Proficiency in planning, organizing, executing, supervising, tracking, and reporting on complex programs is required.

Five years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat is necessary.
