Hospital Critical Care Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Intermediate Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team at Southern Regional Medical Center, a leading non-profit hospital in southern metro Atlanta.
About the Role:
- Deliver high-quality patient care using evidence-based practices and the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Provide direct patient care within your scope of practice, prioritizing patient needs and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
- Guide and direct patient education, empowering patients and families to make informed decisions about their health.
- Maintain open communication with physicians, promptly reporting patient clinical conditions, changes, and treatment responses.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Active state RN license
- Curent BLS (AHA) certificate
- Preferred: Critical Care Course completion, ACLS certification within 30 days of hire, CCRN Certification, and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- At least one year of experience as a staff RN in an acute care hospital, with critical care experience preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary range: $75,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
