Job Summary

The Pastry Cook will be responsible for planning, preparing, and providing quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications.

Maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment is crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare all menu items according to recipe requirements and adhere to product sensitivity and plate presentation guidelines.
  • Read tickets and prepare orders in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate tickets with service/kitchen staff and managers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Work efficiently to ensure proper and timely output of restaurant menu items.
  • Stay up-to-date on recipe changes and ensure proper execution of recipe procedures to maintain a high-quality and consistent product.
Requirements
  • 2 years of similar experience required.
  • Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate in English.
