Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast and friendly customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Execute cash handling and sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Engage customers on the benefits of our Rewards program and assist with enrollments.
  • Educate customers on our Voice of Customer (VOC) survey and encourage feedback.
  • Participate in merchandise recovery and maintenance, ensuring a well-merchandised store.
  • Support shrink and safety programs, maintaining a safe and secure store environment.
  • Assist with Omni-channel processes, ensuring seamless customer experiences across all channels.
  • Interact with colleagues in a respectful and professional manner, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods of time and move throughout the store.
  • Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
  • Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
Work Environment

Our store is a public retail setting with a climate-controlled environment. Some stock rooms may not be climate-controlled, and some outdoor work may be required. The Frame shop contains glass cutters and heat presses.
