Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring timely and effective interventions to address patient needs.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care, including medication management, wound care, and pain management.
- Assess and document patient condition, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and patient satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Alabama.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Experience in cardiac care or critical care nursing.
- Knowledge of cardiac medications and treatments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
