BURLINGTON TRANSITIONAL LIVING CENTER INC is seeking a Resident Support Associate to join our team. The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionThe Resident Support Associate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents in a 12-hour shift setting. This position requires the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, with time-and-a-half pay.
Duties:
- Transportation of Clients: Safely transport residents to and from appointments and activities.
- Medication Management: Properly handle and administer medication to residents as needed.
- Documentation: Accurately document resident interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with other employees, volunteers, and residents to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Computer Skills: Possess basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Excel.
- Daily Living Assistance: Assist residents with daily living skills, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Crisis Intervention: Respond appropriately to crisis situations and provide emotional support to residents.
