Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Surgical Technologist to join our team at Universal Health Services. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating suites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist surgeons during operative and invasive procedures, maintaining a sterile environment and ensuring all necessary equipment is available.
  • Monitor and maintain the PAR level of all surgical instruments and supplies, ensuring that everything is in working order and readily available.
  • Clean and sterilize all surgical instruments, adhering to strict protocols to prevent contamination and infection.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Surgical Technologist preferred and/or certification preferred.
  • Operating Room Technician Certification preferred.
  • BLS required.
  • Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
  • Additional language and basic computer knowledge desirable.
