Job Title: Floor Assembly Operator

We are seeking a skilled Floor Assembly Operator to join our team at Aleron. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient assembly of sensor modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble sensor modules using both manual and automated processes.
  • Perform visual defect inspection and wafer singulation.
  • Accurately record and manage inventory.
  • Collaborate with the planning team to schedule manufacturing operations.
  • Participate in department projects and teams.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in assembly of sensor modules.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Good time management, multi-tasking, and organization skills.
