Credit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Manager to join our team at BB BHF STORES LLC. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our business.

• Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records
• Assist in managing store personnel and direct activities of employees as needed
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local statutes
• Prepare and review store reports to ensure compliance with company standards
• Document all customer commitments and ensure timely renewal payments
• Fill out paperwork for submission to corporate support
• Follow monthly marketing plans and maintain internal quality control standards
• Manage inventory and cash assets to ensure profitability
• Prepare daily work schedules, delivery schedules, and assign tasks to employees

• Established collection skills and ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with employees and customers
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in person and over the phone

• Must have proficient navigational skills with a satisfactory driving record and meet insurability requirements
• Regular and consistent attendance, including nights and weekends as business dictates

We require a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the rent-to-own, retail, or other business emphasizing customer service, account management, sales, and merchandising.

The position requires the ability to lift, load, move, and use a dolly for merchandise pounds, as well as stooping, bending, pulling, climbing, reaching, and grabbing as required. You must also be able to traverse multiple flights of stairs while carrying furniture, appliance, and electronics, and work in and outdoors in a variety of climates and weather conditions.
