We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Care Physician to lead our care team at ChenMed. As a Senior Care Physician, you will provide exceptional care to our Medicare Advantage seniors, working closely with managers and medical directors to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently provide comprehensive care for patients
- Stay involved in detailed patient care and work closely with the care team
- Participate in risk and quality management programs
- Lead a care team to deliver VIP patient care and work towards performance targets
Requirements:
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty (preferred)
- Current State Medical License and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
