Job Description:

The Patient Care Technician - Float Pool plays a vital role in our team, working under the supervision of a physician or registered nurse experienced in dialysis treatment. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, ensuring a safe and secure environment for patients, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve clinical and operational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with dialysis procedures
  • Knowledge of patient rights and privacy protocols
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Certification from BONENT, NNCC, NNCO, or state-approved certification (if applicable)
