Job Overview

We are in search of a motivated and reliable educator to join our team in the classroom for three-year-olds. The ideal candidate should possess experience in engaging with young learners. While prior experience in a childcare center is advantageous, it is not mandatory. A balance of enjoyment and structure is essential for this role.

Working Hours: 2 PM to 6:15 PM, Monday through Friday.

Please note: Currently, we do not have openings for staff children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a safe, nurturing, and tidy environment for the children.
  • Oversee snack time and outdoor activities.
  • Organize enjoyable educational activities for the children.
  • Maintain effective communication with colleagues and parents.
  • Perform light cleaning duties in the classroom at the end of the day.
Qualifications
  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • Proof of high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in working with young children is essential.
  • Must pass a comprehensive background check and health screening.
  • High energy levels and the ability to collaborate effectively with staff, children, and parents to promote a team-oriented atmosphere.
  • A solid understanding of child development and a commitment to completing necessary online training at no cost.
  • Certification in Infant/Child CPR and First Aid, or willingness to obtain training provided.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to stand for extended periods, use hands and fingers for tasks, communicate effectively, and perform movements such as kneeling, bending, or squatting.
  • Provide verifiable references.
  • Non-smoker.
