Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive enrollment growth and increase visibility in the community;
  • Foster strong relationships with parents and families, ensuring their concerns and needs are met through regular communication and follow-up;
  • Oversee daily operations, including classroom management, budgeting, and human resources;
  • Recruit, interview, and train teachers and staff to ensure high-quality education and care for our students;
  • Maintain accurate records and files for students and teachers, ensuring compliance with state licensing regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent experience);
  • Minimum 5 years of center leadership/management experience; Professional teaching experience with infants to preschool children highly preferred;
  • Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations;
  • CPR and First Aid Certification highly preferred;
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills;
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Enthusiastic and adaptable, with a passion for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
