Fabletics Retail Store Associate Job Description

Fabletics is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Associate to join our team at the Glendale Galleria in Glendale, CA. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide best-in-class customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
  • Drive sales through effective product knowledge, visual merchandising, and engaging with customers.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including fabrics, features, fit, and function.
  • Participate in store events, promotions, and community projects to drive customer engagement.
  • Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Maintain store merchandising guidelines to create an easy-to-shop environment.
  • Actively participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
  • Meet and exceed store objectives in performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
  • Unpack boxes for inventory as required, which may weigh 10-30 lbs.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment, preferred.
  • Knowledge and familiarity of active lifestyle choices, such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
  • Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with large teams and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
  • Self-motivated, good communicator, and ability to multi-task.
  • Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
  • This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
