Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Nurse to join our team at Hamilton Community Health Network Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and education to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients following established standards and practices.
  • Develop and implement patient education programs to promote health and wellness.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to improve patient outcomes and quality of care.
  • Conduct training and education sessions for medical assistants and other staff members.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts.
Requirements
  • Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current State of Michigan nursing license.
  • CPR certification.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of professional nursing experience in a clinic setting.
  • Minimum of one (1) year management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Thorough knowledge of healthcare management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer proficiency.
