About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at United Health Services. As a key member of our Diagnostic Imaging department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order, prepare, and administer radiopharmaceutical materials to patients
  • Operate gamma equipment and thyroid uptake and probe for visualization of major organ systems
  • Utilize knowledge of radiation physics and safety in preparation, measurement, and administration of isotopes
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Applied Science in Nuclear Medicine (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • NYS Radiologic Technologist license in Nuclear Medicine and NMTCB or ARRT(N) eligibility
  • NMTCB or ARRT(N) certification within six months of hire
